Trutta is an exploration of Central Victorian vineyards, sustainable farming practices and Minimal intervention winemaking techniques.
Trutta Wines farms 5 acres of Shiraz on a cool, windy hilltop in Harcourt North, using organic practices since 2020. They also partner with local growers who farm sustainably and organically.
Their wines are made with traditional techniques, wild ferments, and minimal additions. Most have a small amount of preservative added before bottling, while some are completely additive-free.
Trutta Wines is inspired by their family's love of fly fishing, reflecting the connection to nature and the growing seasons in their vineyards.
