The Sutton Grange vineyard is cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, and the wines are traditionally handcrafted by winemaker Chris Smales. Producing two labels, Fairbank – the original name of the property in the 19th Century, and the Estate range. Sutton Grange Winery is known for its stand alone Rosé, acclaimed for its Syrah, and hailed for its experimentation in different varietals.
