Wines for warm weather and festive celebration drinking

Creamy sparkling rosé, made with 100% Shiraz, methode champenoise.

Made with grenache, this wine is ideal with canapes or entree. A beautiful salmon colour, forward rosewater aroma, lovely fruit intensity and acid balance.

Sandhurst Ridge's Stelle Di Nebbiolo 2017 is the first sparkling Nebbiolo not only in the region, but possibly the first in the country.
A bright ruby colour and fine persistent bead leading to a beautifully perfumed nose of blueberries and violets. Tastes of cherries and ripe forest berries emerge with supple tannins within a creamy texture and long lasting finish.
This is a complex wine which will pair graciously with the Christmas roast turkey.

85% Shiraz, and 15% Cabernet, this wine has been on lees for three years, resulting in a complex and delicious sparkling wine that is perfect with Christmas meats.

Made with carbonic maceration, this beaujolais styled wine, can be chilled over summer and enjoyed throughout summer.

The wine is a pale peach colour with abundant aromatics, including dried apple, apricot and rose petal. This wine features tastes of baked quince, slight rosemary spice, strawberry and dried apple. Minimal sulphur.

Made from estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Bright pink-crimson colour. Vibrant, with strawberry/ cranberry nose, and spice. Full, yet crisp on the palate. Plenty of fruit as well. Good palate weight, mouthfeel, and a lingering finish.

90% shiraz 10% Nebiollo. This Rosé was made by Brendan Lane from Musk Lane Winery at Kyneton and he has crafted a delicious Rosé with a balance of fresh fruit and crisp acidity. This Rosé was barrel fermented using wild yeast and has a delightful texture and mouthfeel.

This crisp, white blend of Vigonier and Chardonnay is best served chilled during the Summer months, great with all the best Christmas fare, including seafood, chicken and cheese.

Lome’s blended Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne is a rich, delicious complex white wine, with honeysuckle and lime, floral and spicy characters and white stone fruits and a hint of pear.
